Cancellation
At Golden Ray, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so we strive to keep things convenient and stress-free for our valued clients. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the best experience for every guest and respect the time set aside for each service, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I truly appreciate your communication as soon as possible. This policy ensures fairness to all guests and allows me the opportunity to accommodate those on the waitlist.
